Stage 1: Pre – Inspection During this initial stage we will communicate with you and examine any problem areas that you maybe aware of. If their are any carpet stains that are of concern we will pre-treat them now. Stage 2: Vacuum If your carpets need vacuuming we will do this to remove any lose dirt before we continue. Stage 3: Prespray Now we will apply our biodegradable prespray shampoo, the purpose of this is to break down soils and dirt that have become embedded in your carpet fibres. this will be left to work for approx 10 minutes. Stage 4: Agitation In certain places such as walkways where your carpets are extremely stubborn and dirty they will need a little extra work, we will use agitation methods where necessary to help the steam cleaner remove as much of this heavy dirt as possible. Stage 5: Steam Clean Our top of the range powerful dual vacuum steam cleaning machine is now used to flush clean water through the carpet while simultaneously extracting the dirt and grime as explained above. Carpet conditioner and deoderisor is added to the solution tank leaving your carpets in their best possible condition. Stage 6: Stain Removal Our advanced formula stain removers are used to remove any difficult stains that don’t come out during the previous procedures.
