Our Upholstery Cleaning Process

​Stage 1: Pre Inspection 

At this initial stage we will check for any damage and make a note of it with you so that you are aware of it before we start. We will check for stains that may be of concern.

Stage 2: Preparation

If the cushions are detachable we will remove them and vacuum the sofa to remove any loose dirt.

Stage 3: Grease Treatment

We know to expect grease and oil marks produced from our skin. These marks require our special solvents to break down and dissolve the residue before we extract.

Stage 4: Prespray

Now we apply our biodegradable prespray which breaks down general dirt, grime and basic stains. This will be left to work for a few minutes as we prepare for the steam clean extraction.

Stage 5: Hot Water Extraction

Hot water is injected through the fabric at high pressure using our upholstery cleaning hand tool breaking through the dirt whilst simultaneously extracting the dirty water using a powerful dual vac system, this process is similar to our carpet steam cleaning and only leaves low moisture, not a saturated sofa.

Stage 6: Deodorizer and Condition

The final solution flushes fabric conditioner and a pleasant deodorizer through the fabric leaving it feeling elegantly soft and smelling extremely fresh.
